In Maiduguri, eight Boko Haram members killed

Dakar/Abuja - Eight members of radical Islamist group Boko Haram have been killed in a shoot-out with police in north-eastern Nigeria, Nigerian television reported Monday.

According to reports, the members were killed in Maiduguri, which is the group's home base.
